*If unforeseen circumstances prevent this crew from hosting your charter, another competent crew will substitute. - A Moorings 5800 will be crewed by a professional captain and gourmet chef. For charters with more than 8 guests, an additional steward/ess will be provided to ensure the highest level of service.

Marco has always been attracted by sailing and the marine world since he was a kid. He started delivering yachts and teaching sailing when he was still studying at school and after a few years spent working in the construction industry decided to chase his dreams doing what he loves, being on the water. He started his careers as a professional skipper in 2016 after his previous job when he decided to spend few months sailing around Ireland, England Wales and Scotland over the winter months. After few seasons as a skipper in the Med exploring Croatia, Italy and Greece and some offshore passages he decided to set up his own charter company on the North West Coast of Italy where he met Eugenia and they decided to keep travelling together.
He is a very enthusiastic and positive skipper with a focus on safety on board, he is always ready to share some interesting stories. He’s always attentive to the guests needs making sure they are having the best time.
Eugenia was born in Ukraine and grew up in Italy; she attended the hotel management school where she discovered her love for cooking and her passion for hospitality. Five years ago she started traveling around the world and she asked herself how to combine cooking with the passion for traveling? Than she met Marco, they started sailing together and work in the yachting industry. As she grew up in Italy, she perfected herself in Italian cuisine, which boasts a heritage of very old recipes but also revised in a modern way, simple but at the same time complex cuisine for the quality of flavors and tastes, her passion is making pasta! Furthermore she travelled to Asia many times; she also has a passion for Oriental recipes. She also loves baking and experimenting with new tastes and flavors and that is also why, with her cuisine, every day is a surprise, where guests discover on the table, an explosive mix of passion, love and attention for detail in their plates.
Marco and Eugenia have worked together for two seasons and shared many adventures from sailing together in the Mediterranean to climbing, hiking trips or Surfing. They share their passion for the sea and new adventures and after they have started working together they found out to be a strong team, taking their professional background with them for providing the best service for their guest and unforgettable moments.
