7 Total Winners will be selected at random through this sweepstakes. Winners will be assigned at random one cabin aboard one of three Moorings catamarans reserved for this event, and are allowed one additional guest each. Winners will be subject to The Moorings standard charter Terms & Conditions and are subject to The Moorings sailing resume and experience requirements. Exact event dates will be revealed only to the winners once they have been selected. Winners are to be chosen and notified on Monday, March 7, 2022. If for any reason the winner cannot, or chooses not to attend, another winner will be selected in their place, until all cabins have been filled.
The prize is inclusive of one cabin for 6 nights aboard either a Moorings 5000 Sailing Catamaran, Moorings 4000 sailing catamaran, or Moorings 433 power catamaran. Winners will be responsible for flight and travel expenses to and from the Abacos, as well as any costs incurred while on charter including mooring ball or dockage fees, dinners or drinks ashore, and other purchases. The Moorings to provide a $500 USD credit towards food and beverages for the week, per boat. Costs above and beyond that amount will be the responsibility of the winners. Approximate value of the prize: $4,000 USD. In the event that the charter cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances on the part of The Moorings or Sailing La Vagabonde, both will work to reschedule an in-person meeting between Sailing La Vagabonde and the sweepstakes winners for another date.
